WOG IDLE LOOT MARKET & LOOT TOOLS

Guides

War of Genesis: Idle Loot is a free-to-play desktop idle RPG on Steam (AppID 4891320). A small 3D hero lives in a window on your screen, keeps farming stages while you work or sleep, and piles up gear, jewels and currency. Everything tradable can be listed on the Steam Community Market for real Steam Wallet credit — so the whole game outside the farming itself is understanding what a drop is worth. These guides exist to answer that as directly as possible, using the live prices on the Market Board rather than guesswork.

Start here, based on where you are

Brand new? Read Getting Started — the three-step loop, why bag space matters, and the three mistakes that cost new farmers the most. Already farming and your bag is full? Jump to What to Sell First & Keep and run the 5-minute pre-AFK sort. About to list something and not sure what price? Open Market Pricing Basics, then check the live from-price and listed count on the board. Searching for "codes"? Read Codes & Free Rewards first — there is no code system in the Steam build, and the fake-code sites are worth knowing about before you click one.

How this economy actually works

Two rules drive almost every price you will see. First, the tier ladder: gear carries a (Tier N) suffix, and only Tier 3 and above is tradeable on the Steam Market. Each tier jump multiplies both stats and market value, which is why one sword can sit at $0.14 and a near-identical-looking one at $13. Second, listing depth beats the sticker price: an item with one open listing at a high price is not selling; an item with dozens of listings at a thin band is a liquid market where undercutting is the fastest way out. Currency items — the Gold Bar and Diamond Pouch — are the bellwethers everyone watches, and the stat jewels (Life, Strife, Arcana, Luck) are the fastest-moving family because every build needs them.
